Not getting quests to install other TL apps

What's the deal? I got quests in my other TL apps to install holiday versions of Home Design, Bakery Story, Bingo, etc... But none showed up in my Dragon Story, where I could really use it. I tried installing both versions of Dragon Story and still no luck. Any suggestions?

You probably downloaded the holiday game when the pop up , popped up in another game ( lets say MS ) , and i didnt get the game before the pop up didnt get the chance to pop up in FA

Yeah that's why when you get the goal in one game... You should open all your tl games you play ... So the goal pop up .... Because if you dont then you'll only get it in that one game
