Yea I wish it NOT to be gems...but no never a seen a sofa for coins...I have reached my gem budget so unless its 10 gems it's not going to be in my shop. I do hope for a new catalog too.

no I have alto more I forgot cause I just don't use often depends on my design at the time 3 quad sofas and a beach sofa from box not recent sale. But Ill use next summer.

I don't know if I'm going to be getting the Nutcracker Display. The girl on the bottom left bothers me visually. I know why she has the ears on but ugh...bugs me. Everything else is super cute though :)

I love the Nutcracker display... Finally a guy in my shop! Wish it had been released weeks ago instead of after xmas... Oh well, at least I am ready for next years holiday season. Had hoped for some sparkling New year items and bling bling clothes today, since it's almost this years last day.

It's from the Nutcracker story. I personally have only seen Barbie: Nutcracker thanks to my little niece. I love it....but I think it's a rat? He's the villan. I just don't like it in the display. Wish they would have let that tiny detail out. LOL.

I actually think it's amazing. My fiance is all about his xbox, and I'm all about my iDevice. The most he does for me with Fashion is place my orders. LOL!! I convinced him to play Home Design and that was hard enough. So lots of kudos and yummy xmas cookies to you! If you ever need/want another nbr let me know :)

I agree. I came close to purchasing the shirt part in the closet but didn't want to spend that many gems on it, so just got the tiara and shoes. The skirt is way to poofy for my tastes. LOL

I LOVE the nutcracker display. I actually took dance for many years and performed in the Nutcracker so this was perfect for my shop. I had been taking Christmas stuff out to put in my fitness "New Year's Resolution" section, but I may have to rearrange things a bit! I love the other parts of the update too. I wish the avatar outfit wasn't so much or I would buy it. I'm glad the shoes and tiara are for coins though!

I said I didnt want more xmas things in my botique but after seeing the nutcracker display, I couldnt resist. I also have watched Barbie Nutcracker and my four year old (ok, im blaming her alone) convinced me to get it.

I like it much better than the ski display we got with the goals. My fiancee, finally broke down and admitted he played pet hotel once before, but couldnt handle it, because its too "cutesy". Im still trying to talk him into downloading the games to reply to my requests and send me gift/gold/gems. Men!

Ill get two couches and put them away for february. The outfit is cute, with the shoes being so pretty I just KNEW they would cost gems. I quickly bought them, because they are a reasonable amount of coins.

The skirt isnt so bad, its the shole that makes it seem old eccentric new york auntie.

After seeing all of the TL update for today, it seems they are at least a week off with the updates for all games. Today's updates would have been appropriate last week.

At this rate, I expect NYE stuff next week after NYE or not at all. But then again, they have been releasing all content late for a while now. A big disappointment. Perhaps their scheduler needs to figure out when the holiday is and back up the deadlines accordingly.

When people are taking down decorations, is it really necessary to release new holiday content for ones that have past? Even the stores have holiday decor at a discount.

I was looking forward to and hoping fo the NYE content today for all the games. Today's release is another disappointment.

Only thing that disappointments me about the update is the catalog wish it came earlier. Still in shock they gave us a sofa for coins. I'll use it alto I got 2 with all the red white & black I'll always have use for it. Same as last years valentines one I've used it all year.

I couldn't agree more. I was so excited for Christmas and feel like Team Lava was a week behind. Christmas stuff should have been available immediately after Thanksgiving.

Sense it would be reasonable to assume this is the last Christmas update ,and they brought back last years things. To bad in this last one they didn't include the candy cane owl & the santa north pole sign.
