How do I get super glue?

I need super glue to build a piece of furniture and have requested it, but am receiving other materials from neighbors. Are only certain people able to send super glue? I broke down and tried to purchase it with gems, but 9 gems only bought 1 super glue. I thought 9 gems would buy all of the super glue needed to finish the job. So, I just wasted 9 gems as I still need more super glue and refuse to spend 27 gems on that when I've requested it from neighbors.
