Would somebody please tell me how to use stormy?

When you have goals that require you to request parts etc from neighbours you can also request from neighbours. If you're building a makeup counter you can request parts as well. You can also visit stormie. You get the same bonus as you would for visiting any other neighbour. You can also like the clothes same as normal which helps your social rating.

Thanks, but I still don't get it, do I posts requests on stormy's wall, and how do I know which parts to request?
