About New Iphone5 how login my ID?

I play your game "Restauranr Story" for one year time, it's a good game of the ios.

but,when I buy a new iphone5,the question is coming , how I login my Storm8 ID? and where is my Game DATA?

In Restaurant story , My id is "sulanyun" level 99 on my iPad,but iphone5 can not login my ID?

Please tell me how can I use my ID "sulanyun" play the restaurant story on my new iphone5.

I complete the Transfer，why on New Device can not join game？
