Gem item took both gems and coins

Hi,

Just started a new Castle game on my iphone. Low level, coins-poor.

Purchased a few gem trees, but on top of the listed gem price, it also took thousands of coins!

Is that supposed to happen? Or is it a glitch?

As far as I'm aware it should be just coins. Starting with the basics try force close and restart and delete and uninstall. If that doesn't work you should email support@teamlava.com. Give them the ID you have on that device, your game and what the issue is. They can look into it for you.
