I tried previously to find the problem with not being able to purchase gems on any of the team lava games. I am using an iPad 1 latest iOS version 5.1.1. The gem box comes up but is blank. I was told at the time there was a problem with the current iOS version but this was a couple of months ago. I did get a pop up at the time of a gem sale and did the buy. While my acct was immediately charged it took almost two weeks of correspondence to get the gems sent to my account. Has this been fixed or am I no longer in the position to buy gems. I just carelessly managed to purchase an unwanted box so really would like to buy gems. Any help?
