On the Android app download page there is a recipe photo with Claus Cupcakes and Reindeer Cake. Wonder if all of us will get two new recipes? There is a photo of North Pole decor too that looks awesome. Wonder if all of us will get that too?

early release? anyone who gets theirs through amazon hasnt received any updates excluding the gifting option, of parts we cannot build with. when teamlava chose to make all users equal they should have strived harder to keep up the theme through out everything, not just uping the cost of items. the release was so early its now 6 days before christmas and i cant build a winter oven, i cant get reindeer or even this lovely mistle toe kiss, even when it releases with an update.... hmmm i havent gotten any update in a few weeks.
when ios users had goals android and kindle users didnt, we would not even get request for items we didnt have case in point bread oven, we had no bricks or mortar to give. or goal requests we would not get them to answer, but now we get them but cant do them for ourselves. Teaser for sure heres some parts you cant use but have been stock piled for a few weeks, even gift them to your nbrs but YOU can not use them.

I get an IOS update message. There is a new version, but it was only for bug fix and game performance.

The items are pretty, the counter is expensive but so soft it fits my bakery wonderfully.

Omg TL, what is this update? No Christmas decor for coins whatsoever, no Christmas wallpaper for coins, no wall decor, and lastly.. No Christmas tree. I don't care about all of these first prize offers, I just want a Christmas tree and coin content!!

I thought the sleigh tables would be sold for gems, so I was pleasantly surprised by this update. Plus the new counters are so pretty and match the new oven really well. I'm glad the tables aren't very expensive; I bought a ton. :D They make my bakery 10x more festive.

I like the new sleigh tables and frozen counters too; just bought two of each. Also sold two of my ugly thanksgiving counters I got for the TG goals to get a few coins back.

Why are there no good items on BS for Christmas. There is no wall decor except for a tiny clock. There is no Christmas tree and no COIN DECORATIONS. Why TL are u making bakery story horrible with no coin decorations. I thought you guys would have at least been a little bit fair:mad:

No Santa, no Xmas tree, no snowman, blah! And why gamble away hundreds of gems when 1st and 2nd prizes are put up for sale at 50 gems. last boxes I gave you my gems, but the very next month, you gave it away. This box, to save me the tears, I'm giving it a misssssss..

Yes, I was waiting for months, saving my gems hoping to load up on Xmas decor, only to be disappointed week after week. No Xmas themed content, and when if finally comes it's just a couple of things. Really thinking of quitting now, but I have over 100 gems. And the recipes are no good, two kinds of TOAST, really. Christmas has sooo many good things to base a theme around, all the cookies, cakes and candy that could be made, but we get TOAST! And why not release the decor from last year?

But if u r i-user (same as me), sorry, we dont have xmas ppl n street … T.T

I turned my noise up when I saw a holiday box. Until I saw the Ferris wheel in a neighbors shop. SO amazing! I used my gems on two items for sale. I may open a couple boxes because though I've no room ill squeeze in the wheel. It could stay out all year long.

They've just released last years items! Yay, I finally have my marzipan and candy cane ovens! They have a bunch of decor too. No old goal recipes though. Still fine with me AND last years box is available.

Noticed new items today. Even a tree. Not as nice as the pink n blues of last year. But why, oh why does it all have to cost gems?! To make sure we purchase more gems?! Is team lava that desperate for cash?! Even in RS the few small items I love r gems. Which I feel should be coin instead. Isn't worth gems as its only around a short time no matter how much I love love Christmas deco!!

I have been playing bakery story for a couple of years. I am an Android user on a tablet. And I have questions for all of you experts.It COMPLETELY escapes me why I have to download an entirely different game in order to access some content. This Christmas one is the first time I have done it. Now what? Can I go back to the standard version and keep my new items and recipes there after the holidays? Does the version expire once Christmas is over? Do I delete the Christmas game when done or will it be updated next year? What is the reason for these spinoffs? it's cute with the streets decorated and such, but I confess that I just don't get the purpose. Can anyone explain?

I'm anticipating an early release like last week, but we won't really know until a CM actually announces it or someone received an update early.
But with teasers coming out early, I'm 70% positive of an early release. :p

You can always go back to an old version. But the new ones have some new content and are supposed to be of the latest software. My reg version had everything I just downloaded the Xmas one because its lovely.

It makes me so angry that TL brought back Christmas stuff from last year yet still had the nerve to keep them as gem content. I was really hoping the gingerbread & candy cane tables would be sold for coins considering they're from LAST YEAR. Shame on you TL. And thanks for the same tree from the past two years. Eye roll.

BS Christmas is in the App Store!

Yes it's there... BUT it's behind slightly. The regular BS version for iOS is 1.6.5... the XMAS version is still behind at 1.6.4, so while the XMAS version is there, it's not up to date. When they released 1.6.5, they said it fixed some bugs & issues... so the Xmas version still has those bugs & issues.

I'm upset they didn't also update the Xmas version... I'd rather have the scenery & such. But if they have issues & aren't up to date, I don't want to play those versions. It was the same with RS also... regular version was updated as 1.6.5 , but NOW Xmas is ahead at 1.6.6. Why didn't they update Bakery Xmas also???

I'm glad they brought back last years appliances, and some deco, although I wish more were coins AND lower priced coins at that. Even at coins, with the horrible pricing/earnings, it's hard to be able to buy anything. Tables, chairs, & especially floor tiles... sucks up my coins very quickly, and sadly I can't rack them back up very fast with the awful earnings.
Also wish they had the recipes that are locked by goals. If they don't want to bring the goals back, then just release the recipes now that they are "old"!!

So I'm happy AND disappointed at the same time.

Yeah I noticed that restaurant was at 1.6.6 and regular 1.6.5 and BS xmas is 1.6.4. I wonder what they updated in restaurant?
I haven't got Christmassy music in Bakery on iOS, has anyone else? Could this be the .5 update we need?
