I have one Caretaker's Cottage and would have another, but since it's 80 gold, I'll not get another anytime soon. LOL

Seems like you are Android, I do not advice you to buy it, you can craft it easily, just be patient and wait for the update.

Yes, Android. I've had the Caretaker's Cottage for quite a while ... had no clue back then about "crafting". Actually, still don't know very much about it, as we don't have that feature. LOL
