Can anybody tell me what this means please?

I've been having problems with the Christmas update not loading things up properly so when I completed one of the collectibles this made no sense :/

I know for the cooking tools you get that golden utensil looking wall thing, and I've got that (I checked), but I don't understand why it came up with 4 boxes like this....?

I've attached a screen shot of what I saw

that happens when the graphics for the collectible items in question are not loaded, or when they last loaded the files got corrupt in transit. Should eventually fix itself once it downloads the images or flushes the cache (which happens more frequently on older phones).

Thank :-) my phone only came out last year though :-\ I keep getting loading problems whenever I use the christmas edition. I've just gone back to the normal one and everything is fine so it looks like i'll just have to use that :-\

what a shame, be sure to report the issue is the bugs section just in case it is a symptom of a larger problem.
