Completed vixen goal but it won't move on

I completed vixen goal by making the final peppermint mocha. It is checked and shows that I made 24. 8 red velvet cookies is also checked and invite 3 neighbours says 100%. The goal will not complete. It just sits there. The reindeer goal has the first 3 reindeers checked but shows 0/1 for vixen. I shut down bakery story, cleared from memory, shut off IPad etc. Still not showing up.

Finally went through. up popped a gold badge for floor decorations which were last placed much earlier in the evening. then the vixen message from Santa popped up and I have my Cupid goal. I had food cooking for the goal which had finished so finally placed it rather than have it spoil. now to cook more. must have been another of those in synch errors.
