Android vs iOS, android building cost 3x more?

Can someone verify this? is this expected behaviour or will it be fixed in the upcoming patches?

noticed the difference when playing with a friend on iOS, I'm playing on nexus 7, so android 4.2

It's not Android x iOS; there are different costs and who gets which price is random.

I think it changes per account/device. Dont think it has anything to do with OS.

is there a way to change the parameter so i get on the lower prices? dont make sense that i'm paying 450k while my friend only pays 150k. i will never be able to afford white/diamond dragon at these costs.

I use my android tablet as my primary but also have it on my iPhone under a separate id, and my fiancee has it on her iPad and iPhone. I've noticed no difference in prices for buildings, habbitats, or dragons (where you can buy an elemental dragon) at all. Everything is the same. Clearing costs too.

The building cost does not change depending on what OS you use.
