Unable to remove neighbour

Hi.

I am unable to remove the first player in my neighbours list. The name of the Shop is Stormie's Shop. I am unsure of the Storm ID. Can you either remove them for me, or fix the bug that is preventing me from removing them? I have been able to remove other neighbours with no issues.

iPad 5 using 6.0.1
Pet shop version 1.1.3
Storm ID haideem
Pet shop name is haideem
