Cost Difference for same Habitats and Dragons on different accounts

My daughter and I started playing Dragon Story last week, but I am noticing on her account the prices for dragons and habitats seem higher than on my account.

Example:
ipod account: Water Dragon 30K, Blue Lagoon 30K, Big Blue Lagoon 180K
ipad account: Water Dragon 10K, Blue Lagoon 10K, Big Blue Lagoon 60K

Any idea as to why there such a huge difference in cost? We have completed more or less the same quests and even have the same neighbors. It is frustrating because she won't be able to keep up with me.

If I remember right, I've read other people complaining about this before. On my iphone I have the lower prices, but I just started a game on a kindle and it has the higher prices. Those prices are tough when you are just starting a game!

I've heard in the past that there can be different prices between devices... I've seen/heard it on the City Story thread somewhere. Not sure if it applies here.
