My dragon story is currently K.O.'d as well, but just a couple of minutes ago I was breeding and planting and collecting in monster story. Hmmm.

i closed the DS app and logged back in: got a "system is in maintenance, please hold while we prepare to stun you with incoming awesomness (or not)" message.
