Weird breeding?

I just paired a Fire and a Coral, in another attempt at a Titan (or maybe the new Super...), and the breed time says 22 hours. I may be wrong, but doesn't the new dragon take colour(s) from both parents? In which case how would a Red breeding with a Blue/Purple produce a 22hr breed, which is only Mistvolt (Blue/Yellow) or Wizard (Blue/Purple).

Does this make sense to anyone? Has anyone else seen this? (Maybe I have a new dragon...)

You indeed got a wizard... It happens more often than not that the hatchling takes both colors from one single parent...

Yep, wizard - i usually find it really annoying when it takes only one parent's elements!

Oh, and yeah it happens. Sometimes when breeding the baby will only take the colors from one parent - I hate it when it happens, by the way. :p so annoying!

i have 2 mismoth, but only one aether. I'm still happy though, I had wanted aether for some time now x) and familiar too - i got 2 while trying for Witch.
