Spell shop and trading portal

Probably a silly question, but I don't know how to buy the spell shop and trading portal. Can someone tell me pretty please? I don't find it under buildings...

This is I think only for iOS and only 10% of the dragon story players were selected for beta testing should be out for all of us by this week probably Thursday and the craft tab is found in building in market in the old dragon story not new dawn
