Gem sale 580 error.

I use android and have had this problem for a while now. Whenever there is a gem sale and I go to buy gems, I can't buy the 580 gems if there is a sale. When I go to buy the gems I get a message that say's.. 'An error occurred while processing your purchase'

This only happens when there is a gem sale and when I try to buy 580 gems. If there is no sale it works fine but of course I don't want to pay full price for 580 gems so I wait for sale. All other gem amounts work fine and will process regardless of a sale.

I've already tried uninstalling the game on my phone and going to the app store to reinstall game.

Anyone else have this problem and what can be done to fix ?

So today I tried to order 580 gems on a 30 percent off sale on my android phone through Amazon apps.... I continue to get the same error message. 'An error occurred while processing your purchase'
All other gem orders work fine but I can't process a 580 gem order IF it's on sale. Anyone else have this issue and how do you fix it?
Once again I have tried all the usual.... uninstall, reinstall ect.

HELP :(
