Tutorial quests not starting

So, my Fianc?e got the game, and got to the point where she was asked to add a neighbour, so asked me to start (Was planning to anyway, but I figured there would be some point that she'd ask me to, so I just waited xP) I know she had some tutorial quest thingies, but I get nothing. I have tried many diferent variants of deleting and reinstalling and restarting my phone, nothing seems to work at all to make them show up.... It wouldn't be a huge deal, as I could just have her show me how to do stuff... But I noticed that there were coins given for completing tasks, and I really would like to NOT miss out on those coins... Please help, someone T-T
