Why is My Popularity Rating So Low?

I had read "Increasing Popularity Rating" in Help/FAQ


...To do this, you will need to keep your customers happy. Happy customers will increase the popularity rating of your restaurant, unhappy customers will lower your popularity rating instead. Make sure you have enough food and sitting room for your customers and you will have a successful restaurant.

OK I get that. What I don't get is why my popularity rating for Bakery Story is 100 and my popularity rating for Restaurant Story is only 10. I am level 75 in Restaurant Story and level 72 in Bakery Story. Both have plenty of food on the counters and ample seating.

Thete is something block to the wsy to other seats of the restaurant. In fact, your consumer can only access to two seats near the door.

Thanks Cheuk! That did the trick. Strange, it didn't look like it was blocking anything, but once I moved that wall divider, it did the trick. Thanks!
