What level can I get the Gift Box Stove at?

I'd love to be able to use the ribbons I keep getting, but I can't even get the stove yet. I'm on level 38...about to squeak my way to 39...

What level do I need to be at to get this Xmas stove?

Ugh...nevermind...I stored an oven to see if I could see it...I can see above it that it says Level 41. :( ....so loooooong before I can get it... *sigh*
