French Fries Spoil Immediately

3. The New French Fry recipe spoils right away. No notification, nothing. I was in my restaurant when they became ready and spoiled at the same time.

Did you speed-up the French Fries with Gems? Were you blocking your door at all? For reference, the Autumn Mat actually blocks the door.

I posted this over in the update thread because I knew I hadn't exceeded the time limit to get them. For the second group, I sat and watch them immediately spoil. They are bugged.

It's keeps happening to me as well. Is this some kind of trick to make players have to use gems to move onto the next goal?

Same here only way to get them is to use gems to speed up then they dont spoil. I have used 7 so far and think it unfair that we have to do this as gems are hard to come by unless you buy them. I too have watched three sets spoil immediately on finishing so won't continue with Xmas challenge until fixed

TL - I'm unsure if this was intentional since not everyone has the update currently....but there is also no Pop-Up notification screen of an update existing. You know, the whole "the weekly update is here"....

This should now be fixed for all future orders. If you have active order, the fix may not have yet taken effect. Thanks for your quick reports so we could fix the issue.

Update from me ... Teamlava acted swiftly to email thanks guys. Turned off device as instructed. I chose to open old restaurant story not Halloween version before uninstalling and reinstalling and its working fine.
