Help my restaurant is stuck

So i was adding a few decorations to my Restaurant but it's stuck on Design mode and i cannot tap on the Pencil thingy - it's not there, its just a full sized screen :( how do i get this fixed?

Just force close the game and open it again. If the issue persists delete and reinstall. You won't lose progress.
