Ok what goals do you have to finish before you get the hot sauce recipe? I have looked at the reference thread and really can't make heads or tails out of it. Any help would be appreciated.

I believe you have to reach a certain level. Maybe 17?

You are supposed to be at level 17 at least. If you are, you should plant and harvest one pepper, that should trigger the goal:)
