Sweet Creme, Syrup, and Sweet Essence

Before the update I made plenty of sweet creme, syrup, and sweet essence to get ready for upcoming levels, but since the update these items can no longer be made (as far as I can tell). What can I do with the items in my inventory? Or will they be used in the future? I am now low on sap and I am bummed I made so much syrup if it is not needed.

Yeah, I was making cream to use up milk, now I'm maxed out. Wish I hadn't made so much syrup, I need sap too. Lol

I read on another thread that those items aren't currently being used, so they were taken out for the time being. However, they may be brought back at a later date, depending on if there is a quest or whatnot available
