Internet Connection Error?

Every time I try and load the app the error pops up saying i need to check my internet connection? I can play every other game, and use the internet so obviously I'm connected.

Try going into your settings and turning off your wifi, then turn it back on, to see if this helps.

Try uninstalling the game and reinstalling it from the market.

I've tired turning wifi on off. Tired re installing the game. Tried restarting my phone. I've tired everything and still won't load bcc of the error!!! I'm so frustrated!!!!!

Try syncing your phone to itunes. check and make sure you have the most current IOS version for your phone.
Which phone? 3, 3S, 4, 4S or 5?

Okay sync it and it didn't work. I have the 4s and I looked the version and it said I gave the most current.

You should have IOS version 6.0. check under your settings, general and scroll down to version.

Check under meny-help-small number at the bottom.

city story metro, and i couldnt tell you what version because it wont let me get in the game to even press menu. i deleted it and reinstalled it twice so whatever version you download from the app store is the version i got.

I am stuck. Looks like you have tried everything. I know some members are having issues with City Metro.
You will need to email support@teamlava.com to have them check your game.

I'm going on a week now not being able to play my game! When I click on it it pops up an error to check my Internet connection. Obviously it's not my Internet considering I'm using my Internet to write this as we speak. I've emailed them twice and had a fourm on here going. The person on the fourm tired to help but the emails are going no where. They said they will pass it along to the "engineer". Still nothing has been done!!! Am I going to get a weeks worth of coins back? A weeks worth of request and everything else I could have had. Don't think so!!!! I'm so frustrated and its like team lava does nothing!! If your gonna make a game make it so it works! Not when u get a big city it crashes and you do nothing!!!!!

Your trick doesn't work at all.....

Tried "almost" all possible tricks.... but still nothing!

I trust it is the STORM8 ID problem syncronizing with TL server!

The city story really troublesome, i have no problem with other story game but this one,keep asking me to check internet connection which is very very frustrated.:mad:
