Plant essence

Sent out requests for Plant Essence for Designing the Potion and received 4 replies in the message section but cannot find the essence. Anyone know what's wrong?

You can only receive 20 back a day. If you send out too many it can clog the system. You're best to pick 20 to 25 neighbours that you know play daily and answer requests to send it too.

You cant see the essence in your inventory but if you click on the quest ,you will see it appears as well .

If you can't see them in the quest force close the game..... Quite often there is a delay between the server and the game, force closing makes them sync.
