Goal Recipes

Is there a way to get goal recipes "opened" that we're offered before you started playing the game or that were rewards for goals you didn't complete? Do they ever bring back the opportunity to achieve these goals?

I started playing just as the Valentine goals were coming to an end, so i didnt get those, but I'm wondering when did BS start? I'd like to hear how far back the veteran players go.

I just started last month in November on the 10th... the first goals that I will be playing with will be xmas... once they are released...

So far there's never been a chance to get those locked recipes back. Locked recipes were implemented last Christmas from what I remember. Since they brought back old recipes during Halloween maybe they'll give players a chance to get recipes they missed somehow.
