Best item to purchase to level up?

Hello all,

I have nothing left I want to buy until an update comes.
I am just looking to level up. Any idea what item gives most home value for cost?

Buying any of the rooms, especially the bigger ones adds quite a bit of value. I've have about one of each type of room. Even if I don't use them all, it still adds value. And I'm with you on the update. I'm ready for some new stuff! I figure Christmas versions have to be coming soon now.

I actually calculated each item, room, etc. and found that (along with a couple other items) tomatoes have the highest value/$, being approximately 3.33(value) per dollar. I chose tomatoes as being the best choice because they take the least amount of time to arrive as the other items valued the same, and are the smallest of those valued the same so I can buy more at a time to fill empty space with. Then I turn around and sell them back.

Don't do it is my suggestion.. It will just destroy the game faster you get nothing more except for complete boredom.
