I Can Only Send One Gift

For two days I have tried to send three gifts and received a message that two of the recipients didn't receive the gift because they had reached their maximim. I am pretty sure these people have not received their maximum 20 gifts for the day. If I try to send gifts to anyone else, the message is that I have sent all that I can for the day. Is there a one gift maximum now?

No, it is still 3 gifts but some items have a limit.

1 Jewel
2 Fur
2 Silver Ore

All other items listed in the gift menu can be sent as 3, just those listed above have the limits I listed.

If your neighbour hits been 80 and 99 of an item in their inventory it will also show as maxed.
