Is there a quest to get the tavern?

Is there any quest that has you build the tavern building? I am about to build one but don't want to get stuck if building it comes up later as a quest (I did that with a few other things)

You are required to find a drunken Thurston at the Tavern as part of the Thurston events chain, but no, you won't be asked to build another one if you've already built one.

Thanks! I also just discovered the google doc with all the quests, and that doesn't have any listed either.
