Is the shut down uk time (gmt) ? I have been rushing about trying to get my visiting done and I'm still on

I first thought 10am but then realised pst but didn't know the time difference google told me 8 hours ahead so now really confused

According to what I just looked up (I'm cst zone) it should have started two hours ago. But I'm still able to get on and do stuff.

PST is GMT-8, so 2pm PST is 10pm in UK.

I think they take it server by server. I was down for a few minutes but now I'm up again.

They did say that the games would be down for a brief time between 2 and 6 pst. So maybe its over or didn't start yet.
