Goals??

Sorry havent played RS or BS in like 3 months.. long story.. but anyway.. i dont get the "Goal" to unlock the new recipes?? can somebody explain this to me or lead me to a post that explains how to get all the food unlocked??

Those were the last goals running, and they may have expired by now. Any locked recipes for expired goals will remain locked unless TL decides to put them into new goals.
