HELP!! My phone was stolen!!!

My phone was nicked yesterday, got a replacement iPhone 4 but ALL my games (ie Farm Story, City Story and Restaurant) have reset to level zilch in my new phone. Needless to say I didn't think of copying down my UDID and now I'm desperately trying to find a way to retrieve my game progress. On level 70 in Farm Story and $7million along in my quest to save up for the $10million mansion.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can anyone shed some wisdom!!!! I have a Storm8 ID but never played any Storm8 games, only TeamLava ones.
