How can I redraft the game and start fresh?

While reset functionality isn't currently supported, you will continue to gain more coins every day you log in to gradually build up your account. You can also remove items you not longer want (in Restaurant Story) via Design mode, tapping the items, and then hitting the Sell button.

But how to get the starting gems back?
I accidently pressed a wrong button while viewing a recipe or cooking and trasnferred 10.000 coints for 10 gems!!
But I was saving up for expansion gems and getting the vey few extra's by leveling up a recipe by chef points is already taking ages!!

The games (Bakery Story which I like also) desperately needs coins -> gems conversion item instead of only gems -> coins because getting coins is pretty easy, getting gems almost impossible!

Please let me (or all of us) know if it's planned in a future update???

Let me save you the wait and say a coin to gem conversion feature will never ever happen. Right Norman? (*crickets*). Exactly.
