my game keeps crashing every 5 minutes

I dont know why my game keeps crashing every 5 minutes.
Is it just me? Does anyone else have the same problem?
It is so annoying that I have to go through the endless pop-ups every 5 minutes. :(

What device are you currently using? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game? Deleting the app will not affect your data, which is stored on our servers. Also, try closing any background apps that may be running. Please let me know if this works for you. Thanks!
