no customers in restaurant story

Been playing restaurant story for several months. Recently downloaded thanksgiving edition and everything was working fine for a week. Now everything is working but NO customers. What do I do?? I tried using both apps and deleted thanksgivning edition; still no luck

If you bought and put the welcome mat in front of your door, move it away from the door. .... It is blocking your door.
