Make Up Counter [Archive]

Just wondering if anyone can tell my how I cant seem to get the make up counter. On level 57 but still no tab to allow me to purchase this item. Is it only on i-phones??

Yes, only iOS devices have the option to purchase the make-up counter. TL hasn't stated if/when they'll release it to Android or Kindle.
