Do you play any other games besides Dragon Story?

This process only supports the following TeamLava games at this time: Bakery, City, Empire, Farm, Fashion, Nightclub, Pet Shop, Restaurant, Treasure, Zoo, Zoo 2

Since Dragon Story is a new game you have to transfer one of the games that's listed. Once you are finished you can download Dragon Story from the App Store. If you're still having problems email TL and they will help you transfer the games.

I transfer Bakery Story in this link http://www.teamlava.com/account_transfer.php and receive "transfer successful". But when I install Dragon Story & Bakery Story in my new device, it doesn't work. It start in new game. Pls help me!!

In Bakery Story, do you have your old Storm8 ID? If not, I think you have to email TL Support

Try restarting your device.

Did you download the games to your new device before you transferred?

Sometimes you have to restart your phone to see the transfer:D
