Faster way to earn exp?

Im wondering if there is a faster way to earn exp. im only earrning 1 or 2 xp for checking on houses. Im curenttly level 9...

Visiting neighbours will give you either 5 gold or an experience point, there is also a chance of energy but it has a max of 10 per day...... When I am close to levelling I will visit all my neighbours.
