Is there a reason for levels past 40?

Do u get anymore habitats after level 40. Ive been waiting forever. Whats the max habitats? Whats the point of expansions if theres nothing to put n the land, and hardly any decorations what they do have thats decent is locked until level 1000? What is that a goal or something?

No more habitats over 40, just the 30 max. You can expand just to be ready for new stuff or because you just want too. You don't have to. Locked stuff till level 1000 must mean you are on android. IOS doesn't have that....
