This is a new goal. I expanded and got to the tablet, but now it has a photo of a book and says:
Use A Translator's tome to unlock the tablet (You must craft the Tome first)

I am at a loss any help?

Finish Magic Ink & Pages. You'll then get Lost in Translation (use the ink and pages to make magic pages). Once you've done this the spell book will appear in the special section of your workshop.

Thanks I just need the magic ink... I managed to do the pages already
So now I know what goal to concentrate on
