I came across with a player while I was visiting community islands, and I have never seen these buildings before!!!! Are these new or sth???

It is awhile these are available... Each deco represents a category of dragons ....
You need to have 10 dragons at level 10 in the same color... All 5 categories (blue, purple, green, yellow and light)
Each color gives you a different statue witch doubles your amount of cash recieved .
