Please help!!!!!

I already reported this to team lava last FEBRUARY
and stopped playing this game (nightclub)
because they did not helped me.
I installed this game to my iphone and deleted.

and now I downloaded it again, but on my iPad this time.
I started from scratch (did not sync my former game)

it went good. I am now on level 31 so I tried to install the game (once again) on my iphone which was on level 32
but....lava didn't fix it. nothing changed.

Problem 1: I am not receiving my "Welcome Back" coins
which is..you know, this is the life of this game. I am broke
I cannot even buy expensive drinks.

Problem 2: my costumers satisfaction. its getting down and Now I only have 19% happiness.
while my level 31 has 100% happiness,
my level 32 has only 19% and dropping.
I have enough drinks to serve.
did not block the door.
music is playing.
I have some nice stuff for my club.

Problem 3: They misspelled my club name:
I changed my club name to my storm ID so I can promote myself but I ended up having this miss spelled club name. I want my 10 back :(
Bec. I know I did not miss spelled my name.
to BEELEGGIT and they give me this BEELEGG
