Tablet of Tabernum: How to get the knowledge shard?

Hi everybody,

I've unlocked the tablet of tabernum and collected from it several times !!! but no shard is showing up ?!!! Am I missing something ?!! I'm at level 17

I've had mine for awhile now and collected on it many many times and haven't received a drop yet. They are VERY random and you're VERY lucky if you get one to drop. There really isn't anything you can do to get one, it is just LUCK. :(
