Where are my gems?

I just purchased 24 gems but it kept saying processing for 5 minutes then it said "lost connection" and i went back in my cafe and it still showing my original gems before purchasing 24 more. Where they gone?

Were you charged for them? If you were, email support@teamlava.com Give them your ID, which game, what happened, and a copy of your receipt.

I went and done it again and 58 gems were credited on my account, i guess it didn't download properly
