Are the Trampoline Yard Room goals worth it?

I'm at the part with the Floorboards and Sauna, I've built a Sauna and I'm waiting on the Floorboards. I think I can save up the 12.39 mil for the soulmate + baby.

the room is cute, small but gives a lot of money
my highest earning rooms are sauna, library and the trampoline yard

also no updates in this game for such a long time
no new rooms are coming
