Neighbor visits not registering- sync error

I'm trying to complete the Boutique Party pt. 3 goal and have been trying for 2 days to get my last neighbor visit to register. When I visit Stormie's store, I get the pop-up that I have completed the goal, but that is immediately followed by an " out of sync" error, and the goal is still in my list. Tried visiting other neighbors, but those visits don't register either. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled both FS and FS Thanksgiving several times to no avail. I am on a DROID. Please help!

Clearing your cache and restarting your device may help. Hope it starts working right for ya!

It has to be a neighbor you never visited before. I had the same problem when I was doing that goal. You need to invite a new neighbor and then visit them after they've accepted your request in order for the goal to register the visit.
