Angry customers???

First I had no customers, moved the door mat. Now I still have hardly any customers and most leave angry??? Help??

The new thanksgiving doormat! I just noticed this! In front of my door no one came in. Now in front of hostess stand, everyone leaving red faced! Going to ditch it and see!

That's it! They can't walk on it!! Mine has one table accessible without walking over it, so once that table was full everyone else left!!!

Ditch the Thanksgiving doormat!!!!

That's just it..... I already got did of the doormat. Every so often somebody comes in but then 3/4 of them leave with an angry face.....

Had the same prob until someone said to move till from wall as there was no hostess, worked. make sure there is nothing in doorway area and that tables and chairs are easily accessible. once you have made sure all is ok you can trymoving things a bit closer to door. if customers go again you know they are objecting to something. hope that helps.
