Can't get rid of old posts on news feed

I still have old posts from November 8& 9th stating I should visit so and so even if I try. Please tell me how to get rid of these old posts so I can see more of the most updated ones. For some reason they are *not* scrolling off. Thanks for any suggestions

if they're that old I assume it's "blah blah blah has responded to your request" posts. You can't get rid of those. The bottom 10 posts are dedicated to request responses. I haven't requested anything in 2 months plus and my posts are still there.
